Campus Resource Centers
The Office of Campus Resources and Support will house four Campus Resource Centers that aim to strengthen community ties, cultivate and sustain UT Dallas’ vibrant Comet culture, foster the next generation of STEM leaders and advance accessibility for students and employees.
Galerstein Community Center
The Galerstein Community Center will be a true community center focused on direct support services for students and employees and will serve as a welcoming gathering place for all members of the campus community. The center also will host end-of-year celebrations for new graduates. The primary focus of the center is enhancing community building.
Comet Culture Center
The Comet Culture Center will focus on student engagement and education activities, as well as cultural celebrations that honor the many lived experiences of our Comets. The center will provide leadership for activities that commemorate cultural holidays as well as federal- and state-recognized heritage months and will collaborate with student organizations and Employee Resource Groups to ensure equal representation of our campus community.
STEM Outreach and Education Center
The STEM Outreach and Education Center will focus on outreach and educational programs that promote STEM opportunities, especially for K-12 students. Programs like Young Women In Science and Engineering Investigators (YWISEI), Future Comets and G-Force will be managed under this center.
AccessAbility Resource Center
The AccessAbility Resource Center provides disability and accessibility services and resources to students as well as employees.
